Terms & Conditions – MJA Print-N-Gift

Welcome to MJA Print-N-Gift. By accessing and using our website (www.mjaprintngift.com) and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1️⃣ General Terms

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent to use our services.
• All content, including designs, images, logos, and templates, is the property of MJA Print-N-Gift and cannot be used without permission.
• We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders if the design or content violates copyright laws, offensive material policies, or any applicable regulations.

2️⃣ Order Processing & Customization

• Cancellations & Modifications: Orders for personalized products can only be canceled within 24 hours. Once processing begins, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
• Production & Delivery Delays: Unforeseen circumstances such as high order volume, natural calamities, or courier service delays may impact estimated delivery times. Customers will be notified via Email, Phone Call, or Message.
• Product Quality: MJA Print-N-Gift ensures high-quality prints; however, slight color variations may occur due to digital-to-print conversion differences.

3️⃣ Refunds, Returns & Replacements

• Personalized products are non-refundable except in cases of damage or order defects.
• If the product is damaged during shipment, MJA Print-N-Gift will send a replacement product upon receiving proof of damage within 48 hours of delivery.
• Refunds for eligible cases will always be processed to the original payment mode/account used during purchase.
• Refunds for cancellations after dispatch will have deductions for:
   Shipping Cost
   Return to Origin (RTO) Cost
   5% Restocking Fee

4️⃣ Data Privacy Policy

• Personal Information: We collect and store customer details such as name, email, phone number, and shipping address only for order fulfilment and customer support.
• Secure Transactions: Payments are processed through secure and encrypted gateways, and we do not store any credit/debit card details.
• Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except for essential order processing (e.g., courier services).
• Marketing Communications: Customers may receive promotional emails and offers. You can opt out at any time.

5️⃣ Child Privacy Policy

• MJA Print-N-Gift does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
• If we discover that a child has provided personal data without parental consent, we will take steps to remove the information immediately.
• Parents or guardians can contact us to review, modify, or delete any child-related data from our records.

6️⃣ Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• Customers must have the legal rights to use any images, designs, or logos submitted for printing.
• MJA Print-N-Gift holds the right to refuse or modify orders containing copyrighted or offensive content.

7️⃣ Limitation of Liability

• MJA Print-N-Gift is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use.
• We are not responsible for errors in printing due to low-resolution images, incorrect customer-provided details, or design issues beyond our control.

8️⃣ Changes to Terms & Conditions

• MJA Print-N-Gift reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically for updates.
