Orders for personalized products can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order process begins, modifications or cancellations will not be possible.
💰 Partial Refund for Non-Informed Delays
If a delay occurs and is not communicated in advance, customers may request a partial refund, which will be proportional to the delay’s impact on the original delivery timeline.
🚛 Non-Refundable Logistics Delay
MJA Print-N-Gift is not liable for delays caused by logistics issues, such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds will not be provided for shipment delays due to external logistics factors.
📦 Shipment Damage Policy
If the product is damaged during shipment, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
Customers must provide proof of damage (photos/videos) within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement to be processed.
🔄 Refund Policy
If an order is canceled within 24 hours, a full refund will be provided, excluding a 2% cancellation fee.
We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods.
We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.
If an order is canceled after dispatch, the following deductions will apply: ✔ Shipping Cost ✔ Return to Origin (RTO) Cost
