We normally despatch all our orders within 3-4 days of receiving the order. We deliver the products throughout the India using our logistic partners and for domestic delivery using established Local Couriers depending upon the destination. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it may take about 5 to 6 working days to deliver the product to the customer door.
The shipping time mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate and we cannot guarantee them. Customers are recommended to place an order early on if they have a deadline to meet. Apart from the shipping time, in case the product has to be tailored to meet the customers requirement, it shall need time for production, which varies from 10 days to 14 days depending on the production requirement and quantity ordered.
🚚 Potential Delays
During high order volumes, unforeseen circumstances, natural calamities, or courier service delays, production and shipment may experience delays of 2 to 3 days beyond the estimated delivery date.

💰 Partial Refund for Non-Informed Delays
If a delay occurs and is not communicated in advance, customers may request a partial refund, which will be proportional to the delay’s impact on the original delivery timeline.
🚛 Non-Refundable Logistics Delay
MJA Print-N-Gift is not liable for delays caused by logistics issues, such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds will not be provided for shipment delays due to external logistics factors.
📦 Shipment Damage Policy
If the product is damaged during shipment, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
Customers must provide proof of damage (photos/videos) within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement to be processed.
